The first building block of emotional intelligence is self-awareness.

Self-awareness is our ability to recognize our own emotions and their effects on us and others.

As a good controller, I mean a person with motivation, self-confidence and axiety, and , of course with metacognitive awareness often have low affective filter and thus makes language learning more efficient. Most people suffer from some sort of low self-esteem, because people are aware of their imperfections and the fact that however hard they may try they cannot be what they want to be, and they cannot achieve what they really want to achieve in their lives. That feeling leads to further growth of self-confidence, self-reliance and self-esteem. Global heart failure awareness programs have great impact to improve outcome for the patients with heart failure and eventually save lives.

I am very understanding, is something that one of my friend told me. This field is your own Self, so there is no separation between you and this field of energy. Through proper awareness and education about the disease to the cardiac patients, strict regimen can be exercised , and thus the hospitalization can be reduced by 50% (Heydari, Ziaee & Gazrani, 2014). The Education should be specific to individual cardiac patients' disease which can eradicate patients barrier and motivate them to the path of self-care. Education program along with proper management produces self-care in cardiac patients. I have interacted with a range of material for this course which has given me insights into the concept of self in the context of healthcare.

Consequently, many of us have low level of self-awareness because self-awareness is an essential first step toward maximizing management skills.

It can improve our judgment and help us identify opportunities for professional development and personal growth.

I am a person who responds to things very quickly and confidently.

I do things which I feel are right for me, but I take suggestions from all the people around me.

It is a conscious process where one decides to take oneself in hand and change their life-for the better(introduction to self improvement).

Self-awareness is being aware of oneself that includes one’s traits, feelings, behavior.
